Medium size power supply for the modular high end audio amplifier system

Abstract
The power supply presented here is part of my modular audio amplifier system. It is a scaled down version of the large power supply for the modular high end audio system. The power supply here provides enough energy for a reasonable sized high end audio amplifier for domestic use.
Design considerations
The design is exactly the same like the large power supply for the modular high end audio system, but with half the number of storage capacitors.

The calculation shows that the module cost is only roughly 30% lower than the large power supply.
Summary
This is a reasonable sized power supply targeted towards class AB medium power applications in the range of up to 500W. For higher power applications, the large power supply for the modular high end audio system would be more suitable.
